Summer Berry Smoothie

You will need:
1 ripe banana
2-3 ripe juicy plums (seeds removed)
1cup yoghurt
1/4 cup rolled oats
Half a cup of summer berries fresh or frozen & some extras to top the smoothie!
Honey as you like
flaxseeds 1tbsp
Method:
Blend all the ingredients in a blender, add some ice if you like. Pour into glasses and top with some extra berries. Enjoy!
