Summer Berry Smoothie

You will need:

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 2-3 ripe juicy plums (seeds removed)

  • 1cup yoghurt

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats

  • Half a cup of summer berries fresh or frozen & some extras to top the smoothie!

  • Honey as you like

  • flaxseeds 1tbsp


Method:

  • Blend all the ingredients in a blender, add some ice if you like. Pour into glasses and top with some extra berries. Enjoy!
